Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by ensuring prompt attention to all requests and queries.
  
• Manage room service orders from placement to delivery, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  
• Coordinate steward activities such as serving food and beverages in the hotel's restaurants or lounges.
  
• Handle guest complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in F&B operations (hotel management/restaurant management).
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods; excellent time management skills.
