Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Handle petty cash transactions, vendor reconciliations, and TDS/GST filings.
  
• Utilize Tally ERP software for accounting tasks such as journal entries, ledger posting, and report generation.
  
• Perform monthly closing procedures including bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
