Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Associate - Credit Card Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform End Of Day (EOD) Operations for both the US and Indian markets.
Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor credit card system EOD operations on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all pre-EOD and post-EOD checks are performed.
- Participate in bug and incident resolution processes.
- Ensure that all exception reports and errors are monitored and resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, marketing, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline credit card operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify and address operational gaps, errors, and potential fraud risks.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to credit card operations, and recommend appropriate actions or enhancements.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on credit card processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.

Education & Qualifications
- Experience- 0 to 1 year.
- Any engineering graduate with basic knowledge of SQL or any other programming language.
