Cluster Manager- Cafe Operations

Zepto is scaling up its cafe business across the country. Currently, the service is available at more than 200 cafes, with plans to expand to many more cities. This hyper growth requires us to strengthen our cafe teams. We are looking for Cafe Operations Manager based out of Kochi and Mysore with anywhere from 7 to 12 years of customer service and team management skills.

The Cafe Operations Manager will focus on ensuring smooth daily operations to ensure adherence to brand standards and accountable for driving sales through local campaigns. We need someone very hands-on and good at managing and developing high performing teams. You will be involved in regular audits to maintain the right quality standards in the Cafe.

👨‍💻 What kind of relevant experience are we looking to consider?

- Preferred industry experience of 3- 14 years from QSR background

- Knowledge of end to end store operations and metrics

- Brownie Points if you have new store opening experience
