I can confidently say that Zepto is an outstanding company to work for. The company thrives to achieve the best standards in terms of quality and customer satisfaction. The vast areas to excel makes everyone competitive and reach higher goals, due to the culture maintained through the company work seems easy and fun to do.

Dislikes:

While Zepto is an amazing company, like any organisation, there are areas where it can be improved. One of which is the communication between the cross functional teams, when a product is to be innovated or any as such can be constant and cut through, to cease some of the disturbances on the later follow up.
