Senior Manager - Process Training (Zepto Cafe)

• Develop content for programs to meet the needs of the brand (digital as well as physical).
• Create talent progression plan and strategies.
• Create L&D reports and business strategy reports for visibility.
• Design and implement L&D programs to support and drive business and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage the quality of activities and presentations to ensure high standard of training delivery.
• Travel to stores and engage with team regularly and conduct training need analysis.
• Engage with all department heads to understand and execute training needs.

Requirement:

• A minimum of 5-8 years' training management experience within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications
• An IHM graduate or experience in Food &Beverage industry/QSR.
• Excellent brand understanding
• Basic training skills
