Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement changes as needed.
  
• Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in finance & accounts role, preferably in an NBFC industry.
  
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, HLOOKUPs, etc.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as Tally or similar software.
  
• Excellent data analysis and report generation capabilities using advanced formulas like IFs/VIFs/HLookups.
