Training & Development Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with product and business leads to assess and address the organizations training requirements regularly.
• Develop comprehensive, results-driven training manuals and programs to support employee skill enhancement and career growth.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate employee skills, performance, and productivity, identifying gaps and training needs.
• Design, create, and facilitate engaging training sessions and materials that can be utilized across multiple countries and teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by working across diverse teams and functions within the organization.
• Incorporate an understanding of American cultural nuances and communication styles, including proficiency in American accent training, to enhance global communication.
• Manage and optimize Learning management Systems (LMS) and related technologies to deliver and track training effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile :

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a degree in English is a strong advantage.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in planning, executing, and evaluating training and development programs.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in business and communication tools with demonstrated experience in training communication tailored to global teams.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technology platforms is an added advantage.
• Hybrid model - 3 days in office (US timing).
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
