Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Create and maintain a database/spreadsheet which summarizes and manages Reports
- Sending reminders and follow up emails to Lenders
- Performing Quality check of legal / mortgage documents (Experience in US residential documents review is an advantage)
- Preparation of mortgage extension agreements and verifying its legal terms.
- Send approved extension agreements to borrowers/guarantors via DocuSign
- Follow up on status of extension agreements
- Good experience in handling various software applications.
Preferred candidate profile :
- BL/ ML or Any law graduates
- Full time position
- Ready to work in Night Shift.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing) is must.
- Experience in handling US legal and contract documents.
