Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
Sales Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the B2B workplace wellness market in Corporates
Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and close new business deals with corporate clients.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain an robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
Relationship Management: Understand client needs and customize wellness solutions to meet their specific requirements
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the latest developments in workplace wellness.
Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our wellness programs to potential clients
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product development and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and exceed client expectations
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and updates to the leadership team.
Must have owned substantial individual sales targets and delivered them in the past. The compensation must have had a fairly significant portion of performance-based component.
5+ years of Sales Experience (mainly B2B Sales).

People are nice , work environment is soothing
Wish I could give negative stars, being in a mental wellness industry i don't see the organisation standing by it , perhaps the only company where the employee are conserned more than the founder, Richa doesn't seem to have an idea about what she's chasing, i don't find any reason for a founder to act as a micromanager
