We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Train, mentor, and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance on best practices and sales techniques.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics and forecasts.
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a Master\u2019s degree is a plus.
5-8 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, preferably in the technology or services sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
