Hiring Regional Manager-North (Exposure In Skincare/Wellness Is Must)

• Strategically Drive 100% Sales Achievement of Monthly Targets
• Distribution of Monthly Daily & Weekly Targets to the team and plan periodic reviews.
• VM & Store Maintenance Checks with Cost Efficiency and alignment with Ops Managers & Projects Team.
• Inventory Management to ensure minimal Expiry Level, Out of Stock situations & variance in Stock & Cash Audit Reports
• Collaborate with Sales Trainers to elevate & monitor Customer Service Experience at EBOs
• Drive Store Manager Development Plans for Ownership, Accountability & Succession Planning in the Region
• Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff.
• Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff.
• Review sales policies and suggest updates in policies and curriculum as needed.
• Identify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve sales metrics.
• Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
• Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
• Interview and train new sales employers and oversee other onboarding tasks as needed.

SKILLS:

• 6-8 years of experience in a similar industry
• Should have handled 15-20 Stores and business of 50 Cr per annum.
• Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
• Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties.
• Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.

Qualification: MBA or equivalent
