Hiring For Regional Business Manager (North/East region)

Role & responsibilities

Retailer activities:

• Ensure distribution, detailing and display
• Map universe of retailers in given territories in A, B, C by size of our vis a vis Competitor business
• Develop and maintain list of minimum 360 chemists in given territory and maintain desired frequency of visit as per agreed norms
• Ensure minimum 70% productive calls
• Maintain inventory level at retailers through POBs
• Influence chemist recommendation through relationship building
• Conduct relationship building activities like chemist meets and loyalty programs

MCC (Mass Consumer contacts) activities like Inshops, Trade fair participations etc to increase awareness & affect Tertiary offtakes.

Wholesaler activities:

• Maintain list of core wholesalers in given territory
• Develop and implement loyalty programs for wholesalers
• Ensure reach of products to interiors through wholesalers with local campaigns

Distributor activities:

• Identify, appoint & develop important distributors network across key markets /cities
• Partner with distributors to increase secondary sales
• Maintain / work out the weekly secondaries at the distributors for understanding the secondary trend /off-take patterns
• Identify / recruit /train retail executives team of people to improve retail reach in key market /cities

Demand Management

• Overall accountability for managing primary :secondary ratio
• OTC / OTX experience
• Exposure to D2C business
• Exploring new business avenues and innovative selling strategies
• New Product Launch

Preferred candidate profile

Work Experience : Minimum 10 years with min 5 years in OTC / OTX business. Currently should have Experience of Managing People Managers

Qualification : Any Graduate

OTC/OTX experience is MUST

Proven understanding of how to plan, develop, execute and optimize PoS campaigns Proficient with MS Office

Excellent communication and ability to influence.

Analytical ability along with presentation skills

Ability to think out of the box and come up with new & feasible solutions.
