About Role:

• Planning of sales territories and targets
• Analysis of market and competition trends
• Hands on experience in building strong relationships with dealer networks
• Commission / incentive management
• Leading a sales team, their size, placements, and deciding their territories and targets
• MISsales tracking, budgets goals vs actuals
• Manage feedback from customersrelay to corporate
• Promotional Campaigns, festival offers, new opportunities
• Institutional business ie for hotels
