Role & responsibilities

Devising and implementing sales strategy that will maintain and expand the customer base through Channel Partners, while managing the sales team to consistently increase the sales in the Region.

• Conduct reviews with Sales Team to ensure that the region sales is on track
• Cascade targets to Territory Managers, Sales Representatives and Dealers (Quarterly Review with Dealers)
• Create a strong opportunity funnel and review the same

Support the team by coaching, visiting their key customers so that they achieve their individual targets

High-lead time for New Product Development

Product design consistency

Demand supply gap i.e., more demand less supply resulting in order loss

Preferred candidate profile

• 8 years of the experience in After-Market Channel Sales Business
• A candidate from a Bearing Sales background will be preferred

Should have handled a regional aftermarket sales team
