Department: Channel Sales / Partner Development


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Partner Manager who will identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners to help drive business growth and expand our market reach. As the Channel Partner Profile Candidate, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to sell and market our solutions effectively, and helping them achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales strategies, and the ability to manage and motivate partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Partner Onboard:
    • Identify and onboard potential channel partners, including distributors, resellers, VARs (Value-Added Resellers), MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and other relevant partners.
    • Develop and execute strategies for identifying new channel partner prospects.
    • Evaluate and select channel partners based on alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Onboard new partners, providing them with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and support our products and services.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to date.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners & customers in designated areas.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and issues.
    • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and sales tools to enable partners to succeed in their markets.
  • Sales Enablement and Marketing Support:
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions that can be leveraged by partners.
    • Assist partners in developing go-to-market strategies and sales plans to drive joint revenue.
    • Monitor and support partner sales performance, helping them to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Visit to customers for technical and orders along with the sales partner.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor the performance of channel partners through sales data, KPIs, and regular feedback. Taking monthly reviews of the channel partners regarding sales and services.
    • Prepare and present reports on partner performance, trends, and areas for improvement to leadership.
    • Help troubleshoot and resolve any issues hindering partner success.
  • Partner Program Development:
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of the channel partner program to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with business goals.
    • Advocate for improvements based on partner feedback and industry trends.
