Hey guys, just sharing my thoughts about National Engineering Industries Ltd. as a Section Leader. The Jaipur plant location is great, but I was disappointed by the lack of pay hikes and promotions. The company also seems to have a slow growth and doesn't follow the system properly. Not the best experience. #NationalEngineeringIndustries #JaipurPlant #NoPromotions #SlowGrowth #NoAdherenceToSystem
