Deputy Manager - Project Management

We are looking for Deputy Manager/ Manager - Project Management.

Qualification: M. Pharm / Ph.D

Experience: 1 to 3 years into formulation development or project management

Location: Mumbai - Andheri

Required Skills:

• Foster strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment with project goals.
• Implement rigorous testing protocols and validation procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of scientific findings and technical solution
• Establish and enforce quality standards ensuring that deliverables meet predefined criteria and adhere to regulatory requirement
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Lead and oversee innovative and complex project withing the pharmaceutical industry
• Utilize analytical skills to interpret market research and drive strategic decision

Roles & Responsivity:

• Provide Technical expertise and guidance to project team members, leveraging scientific knowledge and methodologies to address complex challenges.
• Facilitate discussion and decision-making processes to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of advancement in relevant scientific field and incorporate innovation approaches into project strategies.
• Develop Comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and resources allocation
• Coordinate with Cross functional teams including scientists, engineer, developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with Project goals
