Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales
efforts in North India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer
acquisition, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue targets in
alignment with the companys growth objectives.

Experience: 10-16 Years

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

\u2B9A Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand
market share in North India.
\u2B9A Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI and enterprise
sectors, leveraging existing networks and generating leads through proactive
outreach.
\u2B9A Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
and decision-makers, to understand their business needs and position our software
solutions effectively.
\u2B9A Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their
performance and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
\u2B9A Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer
success teams to drive coordinated efforts in delivering value to customers and
prospects.
\u2B9A Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to
the India Sales Head to support decision-making and strategic planning.
\u2B9A Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to
identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
\u2B9A Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to
enhance brand visibility and expand business opportunities.


Qualifications:

\u2B9A MBA from a reputable institution.
\u2B9A Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years
of experience in selling software/solutions to the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
\u2B9A Strong understanding of the North India market dynamics, customer segments, and
competitive landscape.
\u2B9A Demonstrated ability to drive new customer acquisition and achieve revenue targets
in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
\u2B9A Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
\u2B9A Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to
sales.
\u2B9A Willingness to travel extensively within North India and occasionally nationally as
required.
