Marketing and Communications Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand communications strategy
Develop effective content in various formats including B2B campaigns for our corporate and college clients, blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, white papers and case studies and customize content to the unique needs of the client
Manage and mentor a team of marketing, community and copy professionals
Manage the brands social media presence and strategy
Oversee all public relations activities
Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content categories
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Product team to bring B2B campaigns to execution.

Skills / experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience managing and leading teams

Knowledge of Wordpress CMS, Social media marketing (Linkedin marketing), Mailchimp

Strong program management and execution skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong copywriting and editing skills

Leveraging AI to do more with less

Good to have: Psychology knowledge.
