About the Role:
As the Manager / Associate Manager Marketing and Digital Communications, you will oversee and optimize the entire digital presence of Quest Alliance. The role will leverage online platforms to position the brand effectively, engage with audiences, and drive measurable results. This includes managing and enhancing digital channels, including email marketing, SEO/SEM strategies, website performance, and social media engagement. Key areas of focus also include content marketing, online advertising, and data analytics.
Digital Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
Drive online engagement and growth.
Oversee management and optimization of digital channels, including email marketing, search engines, website, and social media platforms.
Strategize campaign objectives based on audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation to achieve goals.
Email Marketing:
Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Focus on driving engagement and increasing conversions.
SEO and SEM:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, images, and links.
Manage SEM campaigns, including paid search advertising, to maximize online visibility.
Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and content creators as required.
Analyze and report on performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Content Strategy and Optimization:
Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices in content creation.
Recommend content topics based on keyword research and search trends.
Optimize existing content and landing pages for search visibility and user experience.
Website Management:
Oversee website maintenance to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
Work with developers, designers, and content creators to enhance functionality and design.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Social Media Management:
Lead social media strategy and execution for consistent, engaging content.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor digital channel performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports with insights, trends, and improvement areas.
Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
Required Attributes:
Expertise in digital marketing and communication strategies.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and email marketing tools.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Proven ability to drive measurable results through digital campaigns.
