Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Specialist to handle our US HR operations, focusing on end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of US employment laws and visa processes, and the ability to manage various HR functions strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, part-time, contract, and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) positions.
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent across various functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles, create job descriptions, source, screen, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Conduct background verification, reference checks, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Handle US visa processing (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, Green Card sponsorships), ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
• Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with company and legal standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Manage employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide recommendations for policy enhancements.
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Oversee time sheets management, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours.
• Administer health insurance, company insurance, provident fund (PF), and other employee benefits.
• Manage tax-related matters and invoicing for employees.
• Handle employee exit processes, including resignation formalities, final settlements, and exit interviews.
• Document employee feedback and suggest organizational improvements based on insights.
• Maintain asset information related to company-owned equipment and employee allocations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
• Expertise in handling C2C, full-time, part-time, and contract-based hiring.
• Extensive knowledge of US visa processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, Green Card sponsorships).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
