Role: Senior US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Remote / NCR

Work shift: Eastern Time Zone (EST)

Salary: As per experience

• Should be proficient in evaluating candidates on their technical and inter-personal skills
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement
• Format resumes in a standard format
• Follow up with candidates
• Knowledge of Zip, Linkedin, Monster, Dice, etc to search candidates
• Good experience working on Permanent as well as Contractual demands for the client
• Leverage various online resources to identify top qualified candidates including job boards, candidate, Networking, and social media networking
• Worked on Permanent, W2 and C2C job types
• Negotiate hourly rates/Salaries with the candidates/sub contractors
• Release offer letters
• Follow up on timesheets for payroll processing

Qualification:

• 5-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years in US IT
• Graduate in any related field
• Self-motivated and high energy
• Excellent exposure to various Technology domains such as Project Management / PMO & Business Analysis, Application Development, Cloud, Security & Infrastructure, etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good follow-through capabilities
