Pakka is looking for enthusiastic, experienced and a dedicated Treasury Head who will be responsible for raising and managing funds, risk management related to financial activities and forecasting the cash flow of organization.

The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:

Raise funds on time at optimal cost, cast CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement data) and project reports

Devise strong forex policy minimizing the risk associated with exchange fluctuations of receivable and payable of forex reserve (Hedging and forward contracts)

Maintain optimal reserve of foreign currency

Ensure meeting all the compliances as required by the banks as part of facility or otherwise

Able to use different tools in the company perspective e.g.- ECB,FCNRB etc.

Support team members for opening of NPS accounts, understanding of the NPS scheme and monthly compliances to the benefit of employees

Setup a mechanism, identifying and ensuring compliances required with banks, financial institutions and rating agencies.

Ensuring timely conducting of periodical meetings of the consortium bankers

Avail benefits of all banking products related to working capital to ensure lower cost of capital (pre shipment/post shipment, FCNR, PCFC etc.)

Implement host to host integration for receivables & payables

Ensuring auto reconciliation of bank entries, calculations of interest on loans.

What you will bring to the table:

5-8 Years of experience, background from a Manufacturing Organisation will be added advantage

Fund raising of 100 Crore + (As a team member or as individual)

Liaisoning and working with Banks / Financial Institution

Financial Management - Including Working capital assessment and fund management

Profound knowledge of Rating and Co-ordinating with Rating Agencies

In Depth Knowledge of Forex Management

Working Knowledge of SAP
