Hiranandani Financial Services - Manager - Treasury/Fund Raising - CA (2-7 yrs)

- The Treasury Fund Raising Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing funding sources for the organization.

- This will involve developing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other potential funding partners, as well as negotiating and structuring financing arrangements.

- The Treasury Fund Raising Officer will work closely with the Head of Treasury, CFO and other departments within the organization to ensure that funding needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure funding sources for the organization, including banks, financial institutions, and other potential funding partners.

- Negotiate and structure financing arrangements, including term loans, working capital facilities, and other forms of debt.

- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Monitor and manage the organization's debt portfolio, including covenant compliance and debt restructuring as needed.

- Support the Treasury team in the management of cash and liquidity, including the forecasting of future funding needs.

- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Stay up to date with developments in the financial market and regulatory environment, and proactively identify opportunities for the organization to access funding.

Qualification: CA

Experience: 2-7 years of experience in fund raising, front office role.

- Should have worked with NBFC/Banks preferably.
