- We are looking for a State Business Head to lead the Secured Business Loans division in Rajasthan.
- This role involves strategic planning, sales management, revenue generation, and expansion initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- The candidate will oversee Cluster and Area Managers, ensuring seamless execution of sales, distribution, and branch operations across the state.
Roles and Responsibilities
Business & Revenue Management:
- Manage the Secured Business Loans portfolio across the state.
- Ensure overall revenue targets are met as per the approved matrix (processing fees, cross-sell, yield, etc.
- Drive profitability across all products, ensuring branch cost is covered by fee income.
- Formulate sales, distribution, and disbursement strategies to enhance business performance.
Market Expansion & Business Strategy:
- Identify potential markets and initiate branch network expansion through strategic planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to tap new revenue streams and untapped markets.
- Collaborate with Business Heads to launch new products and expand service offerings.
Sales & Team Leadership:
- Guide and facilitate Cluster and Area Managers in driving business plans.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and drive productivity across the sales teams.
- Ensure rigorous sales discussions (PDs) for loan approvals, ensuring right customer sourcing.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory guidelines and risk policies.
- Maintain high customer service standards and oversee grievance redressal mechanisms.
- Monitor market trends and competition to mitigate business risks.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Secured Lending, or NBFCs, with a strong focus on business development, sales, and operations management.
- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to manage large teams, drive revenue growth, and expand business operations.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Rajasthan market, customer behavior, and lending trends.
- Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics, profitability, and risk factors to drive business success.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in liaising with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners for business expansion
