State Head - Sales - BFSI/Auto Loans (8-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced State Head - Sales to manage and grow the Auto Loans vertical in Tamil Nadu.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape distribution models, oversee business strategies, and drive P&L accountability for Auto Loans within a leading MNC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Auto Loans vertical across Tamil Nadu with full P&L accountability.

- Build and expand distribution channels and partnerships to enhance market penetration.

- Acquire and activate a network of influencers through strategic initiatives and activities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks and stay updated on changes in the industry.

- Analyze market dynamics and implement innovative strategies based on technological advancements in the BFSI/Fintech sector.

- Develop a roadmap aligning with the organization's vision, focusing on value creation for stakeholders, customers, partners, and employees.

- Drive the overall business and distribution strategy, achieving key objectives centrally.

- Lead channel profitability and execute strategic initiatives for business growth.

- Achieve topline and bottom line targets while fostering strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, ensuring alignment across the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and leadership roles within the BFSI sector.

- Expertise in Auto Loans and a deep understanding of the financial market landscape.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and implement effective sales strategies.
