Hiranandani Financial Services - Compliance Manager (4-6 yrs)

- We are seeking a Compliance Manager for our Powai office to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, specifically those mandated by RBI for NBFCs.

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with various financial regulations, overseeing policy frameworks, and coordinating with regulatory authorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations for NBFCs and other applicable laws, including AML, IRDA, and PMLA.

- Monitor and track regulatory compliance across functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Risk.

- Develop, implement, and periodically review policy frameworks to align with legal requirements.

- Manage website disclosures as per the Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and other applicable regulations.

- Act as the primary liaison with RBI officials during regulatory inspections.

- Interpret RBI circulars, ensure their dissemination, and implement required changes across the organization.

- Track and resolve customer service complaints received through RBI or internal support teams.

- Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including regulatory interpretations.

- Conduct regular compliance testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Experience: Proven experience in regulatory compliance within an NBFC or financial institution.

- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RBI guidelines, IRDA, AML, and other financial regulations.

- Policy & Process Management: Ability to draft, implement, and review compliance policies and frameworks.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret regulatory circulars and ensure enterprise-wide compliance.

- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent coordination skills with internal teams and regulatory authorities
