Roles Responsibilities

• Managing Cash Flow:
  Monitoring daily cash flow, maintaining the organisation s cash position and optimising cash utilisation and working capital.
  Forecasting cash requirements and ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet financial needs.
• Mitigating Risks:
  Identifying and evaluating financial risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rates and credit exposure.
  Developing and implementing strategies to minimise these risks effectively.
• Securing Funding:
  Building and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  Negotiating and arranging funding facilities, managing debt obligations and exploring financing options to support business objectives.
• Strategic Financial Planning:
  Providing insights into investment opportunities and optimising the company s capital structure to align with strategic goals.
• Ensuring Compliance:
  Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  Maintaining accurate and timely treasury reports for senior management to support decision-making.

Qualifications: CA, MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CMA) preferred
