Job Description

 
  • Managing Sales : Leading a team of field sales representatives focused on selling biomedical products and services, setting clear sales targets, objectives and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Analysing the Market : Conducting market research to identify potential customers, industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Building Product Knowledge : Possessing in-depth knowledge of biomedical products and services, effectively communicating value propositions and providing training to the sales team on technical aspects.
  • Maintaining Customer Relationships : Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals and stakeholders while acting as a liaison to address their needs and concerns.
  • Leading the Team : Providing training, coaching and conducting regular performance evaluations to support the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Planning Sales : Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals while monitoring and improving
  • performance metrics.
    Collaborating : Working with marketing, product development and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and service activities.
  • Educating Customers : Explaining product features, benefits and technical details to customers.
  • Delivering Presentations : Conducting engaging sales presentations to healthcare professionals and institutions, highlighting product features and service capabilities.
  • Coordinating Service : Working with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, troubleshooting problems and offering solutions.
  • Managing Budgets : Overseeing sales and service budgets, allocating resources efficiently and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Reporting Activities : Preparing regular reports on sales and service activities, achievements and challenges for management review.
  • Ensuring Compliance : Following industry regulations and company policies across all sales and service activities.
  • Travelling : Visiting clients, conducting service visits, attending conferences and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Solving Problems : Addressing customer concerns promptly and working towards effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Strategic Planning : Contributing to the development of long-term strategies for sales, service and business growth in the biomedical sector.
