Senior Field Manager - Sironix

Having 3-8 years of experience in sales (Arthro/Ortho Implant/Spine Implant/Neuro Implant/ Sports Medicine)
Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base
Scheduling appointments for a medium territory/client base (doctors) and meeting with new and existing customers to expand the business market share
Making presentations to the clients to generate interest in surgical products
Maintaining regular and frequent contact with Channel Partners
Conducting product promotion activities
Managing related administrative work (Claims and Expense Reporting etc.)
Negotiating, closing orders and preparing quotes
Providing information and support as required to secure sales
Utilising support from other departments as needed to assist in achieving objectives
Developing sales of new products and searching for new areas in which to sell existing products
Preparing reports in mobile apps detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed
Informing company of activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning
Reviewing own sales performance against objectives and adjusting focus as indicated to achieve sales goals
Studying and fulfilling territory coverage plan, defining the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals
Recommending plan adjustments as needed
