Job Description
- Achieving sales goals by acquiring and developing new customers while expanding the product line within the existing customer base.
- Scheduling appointments within a defined territory/client base (doctors) and meeting with new and existing customers to grow market share.
- Deliver engaging product presentations for clients to generate interest in surgical products.
- Maintaining regular and frequent contact with Channel Partners.
- Conducting product promotion activities to drive awareness and adoption.
- Handling administrative tasks, including claims and expense reporting.
- Negotiating and closing orders, preparing quotes and providing necessary support to secure sales.
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve objectives and overcome challenges.
- Identifying opportunities for new product sales and exploring new markets for existing products.
- Preparing detailed reports on mobile applications to track sales activities and address any issues.
- Sharing competitive intelligence and field activities to inform business and product planning.
- Reviewing personal sales performance against objectives, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
- Following and refining the territory coverage plan to ensure appropriate customer support and contact frequency, recommending adjustments when needed.
