Job Description

Lead Commercial Operations | International Business | 8 to 10 years | Bengaluru

Roles Responsibilities

Overseeing commercial operations processes, including pricing strategies, contract management, sales support, customer experience enhancement and market analysis across international regions.

Leading post-order activities by coordinating with manufacturing, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Collaborating with the international sales team to develop quarterly forecasts and working closely with the planning team to ensure the availability of goods, raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).

Providing on-ground support, onboarding and managing employees in overseas roles, ensuring effective operations and alignment with organisational goals.

Working closely with the OEM team to customise products and packaging as per the specific requirements of international business customers.

Managing customer and statutory audits, ensuring full compliance and readiness for successful outcomes.

Coordinating with the regulatory team to expedite product registrations in new markets, expanding the portfolio across countries.

Negotiating, finalising and maintaining commercial agreements with customers globally, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.

Qualifications : Engineering, Science or Analytics Graduate or Management, Data Analytics or Supply Chain Graduate
