We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring the organization s financial health and regulatory adherence.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take charge of finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance while ensuring the organization s financial health and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
Manage cash flow and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) is a plus.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance and accounts.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting .
Experience in IT firms, Middle East companies, or both is an advantage .
Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
