We are a leading digital agency based in Dubai. We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Calicut . We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to websites, web applications, and mobile applications. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning :
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for website, web, and mobile app projects. - Team Coordination :
Lead and coordinate designers, developers, and QA teams across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution. - Client Communication :
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. - Progress Monitoring :
Track project progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and adjust plans to ensure projects stay on track. - Budget Management :
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered within financial constraints. - Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports to clients and stakeholders. - Quality Control :
Ensure all deliverables, whether websites, web applications, or mobile applications, meet client expectations and industry standards. - Trend Awareness :
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile app development to improve project outcomes.
- 3-5 years of experience managing website, web application, and mobile app development projects.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React,Python django,flutter etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
