Assistant Manager - Treasury

JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of cash flow projections for group reporting, including
• Cashflow - 4 weeks forecast (Actuals vs Forecast)
• Cashflow - 13 weeks forecast for group treasury.
• Daily review of bank balances and updates for collections, payments, and internal transfers
• Handling ad-hoc requests from Treasury
• Bank balance updates, distinguishing between Liquidity and Trapped funds, and providing comments in the file.
• Coordinating and allocating funds transfer requests for vendor payments
• Collaboration with the payment team for release and approval of payments in banks
• Communicating collections information to the project team for allocation with invoices
• Consolidating payments and receipts.
• Consolidating payments from the bank statement (bank excel) and submitting for cash tagging entry.
• Urgent payment follow-up with the payments team and obtaining approvals.
• Quarterly review and update of bank mandates
• Coordination with banks
• Reconciliation of Nos and 13-week cashflows
• Reconciliation of intercompany funding and borrowing accounts

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• CA inter/MBA finance
• 5 to 10 years experience in treasury/finance and accounts
• Good experience in MS office(excel)
• Good communication skills
• Good experience in ERP software (Oracle/Fusion).
