Job Description
- Responsible to co-ordinate all service requirements addressed to Room Service.
- Handling the Guest calls & should have very good telephone etiquettes.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu, the length of wait, recook orders, and product availability.
- Responsible to punch KOT, BOT & NC KOT of the food and beverage orders In the system.
- Responsible to coordinate guest amenities to paced in time.
- Directly involving in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest requests and orders,
- Should take follow-up for room and floor clearance.
- Recognizing the repeat guests.
- Should follow the standard procedures.
- Ensuring prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times.
- Excellent conversation skills and selling and upselling techniques at all times.
- Be knowledgeable of all services, facilities and products offered by the hotel.
- Pay attention to guest orders, and know the menu & promotion thoroughly.
- Ensure proper handover is given to the next shift person.
- Responsible to assisting the Captain or Restaurant Manager to achieving high scores on guest satisfaction Feedback.
