Captain

As a Team Leader, assist waiters and asst. waiters in their jobs and carry out their tasks as and when required. Oversee and co-ordinate, in conjunction with the management team, the efficient management of restaurant operations. The restaurant team leader collaborates closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve exceptional guest experiences & meet financial goals.

• Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist the seniors in all tasks, as directed, ensure quick and efficient service, at all times.
• Display positive people skills and excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire team positively on the floor.
• Restaurant readiness as per our standards.
• Maintaining the restaurant's budget, including cost control and profitability by upselling & suggestive selling.

• Ensuring that staff is well prepared and energised.
• Ensure that all the bill transfers are done on time and correctly.
• Ensure that the entire restaurant is kept clean and safe during the shift, complying with all relevant legislation and best practices.
• Arrange breaks for the staff and ensure a proper hand over is done.
