Human Resource Manager

As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company objectives and ensure the well-being and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Performance Management: Track employee performance, conduct appraisals, and provide feedback to support professional growth.
• Employee Relations: Foster strong communication channels with employees and stakeholders. Manage employee concerns, address conflicts, and maintain a positive work culture.
• Benefits and Compensation: Oversee benefits administration, ensure competitive compensation packages, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• HR Policies: Assist the corporate HR team in developing and revising HR policies and procedures.
• Exit Formalities: Manage the exit process, including final settlements and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using HR management systems and tools.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
• Experience with employee engagement surveys and initiatives.
