As an Executive - HSE at Wonderla Holidays, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure the well-being of our employees and the sustainability of our operations. You will work closely with management and staff to develop, enforce, and monitor safety regulations and procedures.

Roles & Responsiblities

1. Identifying of unsafe act & unsafe condition & suggest to ensure the counter measure with discussion to
concerned person
2. To do Hazard identification & risk analysis and proposed counter measures to concerned dept. as well as
Management.
3. Responsible for planning and execution of different HSE training & improve the skill and awareness of
employees
4. Implementation of IMS standards & strengthen of Emergency response team.
5. Responsible for first aid activities
6. Cross verifying of work permit system & maintenance check sheet and timely escalate
7. Report safety deviation, observations at the ride area and escalate the same to concerned departments for
taking appropriate corrective actions.
8. Checking & analysis of injuries, ill health details from First Aid station & ensure to suggest the counter
measures.
9. Responsible for the implementation of LOTO system.
10. If Any New project, Construction safety measure to be Implement.
11. Implementation of State Pollution control boards norms & legal Compliance.
12. Responsible for implementation, monitoring and continual improvement of safety management
13. To conduct Mock Drills & training programs HSE, IMS and any First aid
14. Carry out Internal / External & Vendors Safety audit.
15. Conduct Safety Committee meeting and Talk for the shop floor employees.
16.Implement and Manage Health Processes
17.Implement Process excellence measures to achieve Process efficiencies
18.Effective Implementation of 6 S for Customer Service Excellence
19.Ensure adherence to the Grooming & Personal Hygiene standards of the organization
