- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand business objectives and develop marketing automation strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design and build email marketing campaigns, including email templates, subscriber lists, and customer journeys, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and best practices.
- Implement personalized and targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation, behavior, and preferences.
- Configure automation workflows, triggered emails, and journey builder activities to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve marketing automation processes and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and derive insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, customer data management, and integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
