Developand execute email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Designeye-catching and engaging email templates and content.
Segmentemail lists based on customer characteristics and behaviors.
ImplementA/B testing to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
Monitorkey metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Continuouslyanalyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Ensurecompliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including design, content, and analytics to alignemail campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proficiencyin email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similartools.
Strongunderstanding of email marketing best practices and industry standards.
Excellentcopywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experiencewith email segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniques.
Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledgeof HTML for email template customization is a plus.

Qualification & Experience Required
Bachelorsdegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Provenexperience of 0 to 3 years in email marketing roles, preferably in a B2B ortechnology-focused environment.
Demonstratedtrack record of successful email campaign execution and optimization.
Experienceworking with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
