This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our high volume sending clients, understanding their email marketing needs, and ensuring their campaigns achieve optimal results. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs, optimizing email campaigns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction:Serve as the primary contact for assigned high volume sending clients, maintaining day-to-day communication.Understand and analyze client goals, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored email marketing solutions.Regularly provide updates and gather feedback to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Campaign Management:Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with best practices.Conduct content reviews for grammar, clarity, and effectiveness to improve engagement rates.Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommend actionable improvements.Issue Resolution:Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize client disruption.Collaborate with internal teams to address technical concerns, deliverability issues, or other challenges.Optimization & Best Practices:Stay updated on email marketing trends and platform best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.Share insights and suggest improvements for ongoing client campaigns based on analysis and industry standards.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and deliverability for client review.Use logical and analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to clients.Collaboration:Work closely with Mailerclouds product and customer success teams to align strategies and resolve client challenges.Share learnings and case studies with the broader team to enhance client success across the board.

Key Skills & Qualifications
