Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Create compelling subject lines, body copy, and CTAs for cold emails
• Create and send email campaigns that grab attention and generate leads.
• Segment email lists for personalized outreach.
• Manage bulk email campaigns while ensuring emails land in inboxes, not spam.
• Design email templates and set up automated workflows.
• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for digital marketing and IT services.
• Develop and segment email lists for targeted and personalized outreach.
• Write compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Implement email marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for the business.
• Use email tools and techniques to identify potential clients and build relationships.
• Analyze and track lead generation metrics and improve campaign performance.
• Manage and execute bulk email campaigns while maintaining compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, HIPAA, Other Data protection act.).
• Ensure high deliverability rates and minimize email bounce rates.
• Set up email templates, automation workflows, and campaign schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Monitor and optimize email sequences for customer engagement and retention.
• Work with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailer Lite, Email Octopus, Saleshandy, HubSpot, SendinBlue) to create and analyze campaigns.
• Ensure proper integration of email tools with CRM systems for seamless lead management.
• Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Generate insights from data to refine and improve future campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-6 years of experience in email marketing or a related field (digital marketing).
• Strong understanding of online lead generation strategies and tactics.
• Proficiency in creating effective email templates using various formats (e.g., HTML, CSS).
• Experience with A/B testing and personalization techniques for improving campaign performance.
• Familiarity with CRM
