Client Interaction :
Serve as the primary contact for assigned high volume sending clients, maintaining day-to-day communication.

Campaign Management :
Assist clients in drafting, reviewing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Conduct content reviews for grammar, clarity, and effectiveness to improve engagement rates.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommend actionable improvements.
Issue Resolution :
Proactively identify and troubleshoot campaign-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize client disruption.
Collaborate with internal teams to address technical concerns, deliverability issues, or other challenges.
Optimization Best Practices :
Stay updated on email marketing trends and platform best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
Share insights and suggest improvements for ongoing client campaigns based on analysis and industry standards.
Reporting Analysis :
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and deliverability for client review.
Use logical and analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Collaboration :
Work closely with Mailercloud’s product and customer success teams to align strategies and resolve client challenges.
Share learnings and case studies with the broader team to enhance client success across the board.
Key Skills Qualifications
Fluency in English (written and spoken): Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
Content Review Skills : Strong command of writing and editing to ensure the quality of email content.
Analytical and Logical Reasoning : Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Email Marketing Expertise : Familiarity with email marketing platforms, campaign management, and optimization techniques.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve campaign or deliverability issues.
Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and performance tracking tools.
Customer Service Orientation : Commitment to client success and satisfaction through attentive support.
