Customer Success Associate

Mailercloud is looking for Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization. Understand customers' needs and goals, and work with them to develop strategies for success. Provide training and support to customers, helping them to effectively use our products and services. Ensure that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and requests. Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products and services, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Work closely with our product and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements. Communicate regularly with customers to understand their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent Customer service and communication skills.
