Position : Customer Success Associate (Motor Insurance)
Location : Kharadi, Pune
Shift : Rotational Shift (Day shift for females until 9 PM; Rotational for males)

Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities : Candidates should have to handle outbound calls.
Candidates Should be Comfortable in the Sales Advisory Role. Experienced in Customer support voice process. (B2B/Any Sales /Motor Insurance)
Education : Graduate in any field.
Communication : English & Hindi (Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Telgu)
Certification : Veti 6 certified.
Experience : Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Preferred : Customer Success Associate
