Telecaller - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Answering calls and resolving queries about products.
• Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-
  approved loans .
• Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers
  and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
• Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
• Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
• Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any

Preferred candidate profile

• Good proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in any of the regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) are a plus
