Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in multiple languages.

- Provide accurate product and service information.

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently.

- Update customer records accurately.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Languages.

- Experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
