Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are a well-established business with extensive data at our disposal, and were looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us unlock its full potential. Alongside emails, we are also looking to push WhatsApp marketing using a ready-made tool that we already use. If you’re passionate about creating highly engaging campaigns, driving impressive conversions, and achieving standout results, we want you on our team!

In this role, you will take full ownership of our Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing initiatives. We are platform-agnostic, meaning you can use any established tool or platform you’re comfortable with. Your main goal is to convert our large data pool into meaningful engagements, driving exceptional results and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute targeted Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns that deliver strong conversions and engagement.
• Strategise, create, and optimise content to resonate with our audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Leverage segmentation and automation to increase personalisation and ROI.
• A/B test messaging, design, and calls-to-action to maximise performance.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant marketing regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts and goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Email Marketing (and WhatsApp Marketing - but this is not essential) with demonstrable results (conversions, ROI, engagement).
• Strong knowledge of at least one or two established platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Wati, WhatsApp Business API, etc.).
• Expertise in segmentation, automation, and campaign personalisation.
• Exceptional copywriting and design skills to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign metrics.
• Strong understanding of GDPR compliance and marketing best practices.
• A proactive, results-focused attitude with excellent organisational skills.
