Job Summary

As a Product Development Manager at WN Infotech, you will beresponsible for leading the ideation, development, and launch of innovativeproducts that align with the companys strategic objectives. You willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet marketneeds and exceed customer expectations. This role requires strong leadershipskills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive productinnovation and success.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch,including market research, requirements gathering, design, development,testing, and deployment.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on markettrends, customer feedback, and business goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and salesteams to prioritize features, allocate resources, and meet project timelines.
Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trendsto identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements,specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Drive product quality and performance improvements throughdata-driven decision-making and continuous iteration.
Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines to ensureon-time delivery within scope and budget constraints.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and challenges tostakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, andaccountability within the product development team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in product management or productdevelopment roles, preferably in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, suchas Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and marketinsights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills toeffectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, marketresearch, and product metrics tracking.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with product management tools, such as Jira, Trello,or Asana, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
0 to 3 years of experience in product management or productdevelopment roles in the technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managingproducts throughout the lifecycle.
